I am an attorney whose advisory practice is devoted to the structuring, review and negotiation of technology and Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I) contracts. My professional background combines legal, governance and management experience in technology-intensive environments.

I have practiced both as in-house counsel and in private practice, and have also accumulated experience in management, governance, compliance, data protection, operations, and technology and RD&I projects.

That background makes it possible to approach legal questions with regard to the decision-making, business, production and risk-management processes that exist within organizations.
